What I wore to the Museum

Is this the way it's done now? The half tuck? I need full untucked belly coverage thanks!

I met up with another mom-in-the-hood to go to the ROM today.

Here's the thing...most days, I am mortified by my reflection in shop windows.  I can't pull together an outfit to save my life (as if that situation would ever happen!)... I think I have some nice pieces, but assembling them takes a bit more patience (and talent) than I have.  It is doubly offensive because sometimes, even when I try to look good, I really really don't!

Today was safe...white on the bottom (everything goes with white), a silk ikat tank with turquoise and a giant scarf with turquoise.  The scarf came in handy because it was chilly in the morning, and it acted as appropriate cover when feeding the baby.

  1. Ah yes - the half tuck. I've seen people doing online and in person. Seems to work for the most part. Looks great Shannon!

  2. Looks good! I really like the combo but I don't think I could pull off white jeans. How was the ROM thing? I was thinking of going as well.

  7. I feel weird with the half tuck because I need to cover my mommy tummy ....I still have the extra pooch...mostly because I haven't invested much time in getting my abs back...After ab exercise blitz in March, I stopped ...

umm...I am typing this comment in my work out clothing...that's not going to do the trick!
