For health reasons, we are eating less meat. I think we manage 2-3 vegetarian meals every week. This cookbook, The Modern Vegetarian Kitchen, made it possible.
The meals and sides are unbelievably delicious. Really great recipes that are easy to follow and turn out perfect - on the first attempt!
I have no idea what ragout is (sounds fancy)... but that's what's for dinner.
Update: Man, I am not sure I like this stew....figures, right?
