One more option - and please vote!

In the Living room!

Upon entering the house, you see them peeking through the double doors ...

Its cute, except its starting to feel like a chair museum in here!

So please vote! Where would you put the chairs?

  1. Love the living room but the chairs don't seem to fit the other modern chairs in the room. Other than that I think it is time for you to call House & Garden and get them to come take photos of the place for the magazine!

Looks great... wish I could just get some darn baseboards installed!

  2. I think they look great in the basement with the wood tones and vertical lines complimenting your fantastic stair slats. I'd leave them as is and not paint them. Rustic is good.

I'd also love to see a little pop of color on the back wall of the desk area. Either a fun wallpaper or maybe a large message board covered in a Marimeko type fabric would look awesome there.

  3. I really like them in the basement. The lines of the backs of the chairs against your wall slats looks great! And as supermom said -don't paint them! I like the worn in look of them!

  4. This is sooo great!

I've already moved the chairs back downstairs because I think we have a clear winner! But please still vote!

I wont paint the chairs...they are sooo nice all smudged up! (and I am lazy)

Now I need to add some colour!!!!!!
