Dinner Time!

I marinated a pack of boneless, skinless chicken thighs before nap today!  We would normally grill them on the BBQ, tonight I will put them on a cookie sheet (with foil) and bake them (sear them in the cast iron pan first).

  3. I bet it turned out great. Another great way to cook chicken thigh is coq au vin in dry white wine sauce.

Anyhow, it's Friday, so happy birthday! Hope you have a great one ahead of you and may all your dreams come true!
