Have you heard the news? The Steven & Chris Show* is coming here to film a short house tour! Yes, this is why I am trying to spruce up the place! I want it to look its best!
The tour will be filmed tomorrow. Then I will be part of the studio audience when they shoot the full episode.
The studio part is set to be taped on Tuesday, March 19 in the morning, and I think there are tickets available if you would like to join me! Let me know!
If you can't make it this Tuesday, they would still love to have you! They shoot Monday to Friday every week and tickets are free!
For Steven & Chris tickets, call 416-205-8598 or email stevenandchris@cbc.ca
*"Steven and Chris hosted a string of successful shows, including their 2001 debut Designer Guys, 2003's Design Rivals, and 2005's personal makeover show So Chic with Steven and Chris, before launching Steven and Chris on CBC in 2008. Their programs have garnered international attention, airing in over eighty countries." Source

ReplyDeleteCongrats to you!!!
ReplyDeleteIt was great!
ReplyDeleteThey write a script based on a conversation you have...then you have to recite the lines. I was pretty horrible at this part. I must have done 100 takes for even the simplest lines.
Everything is planned and organized...you just have to supply a clean house and a little energy while you speak!
Sounds easy...I guess they make it easy...they are even patient when you mess up the lines over and over and over.
It's done! I can relax! I am back in sweat pants with lots of makeup on!
ReplyDeleteFOR SURE!
