WTF?

Charging extra because our dirt was exceptionally hard?
...and the toilet drain is in the wrong place!

I will ask him about it this morning and hear some pretty exceptional excuses, no doubt...


Update: They are going to box the toilet and shower drains when they pour the concrete for the floor. Then we will have wiggle room to line the drains up just so.  Tiles will cover the patched up concrete. As long as my toilet is not sitting in the middle of the room.  
No extra charge for the hard dirt. Thank gosh!
