Butter Tarts and cookies for the guy in the Red Hat

My first attempt at tarts...the crust is a little thick, and I made too much batter...but they are DeeeLICIOUS!



Plus a few treats for Santa

    Um, YUM!!!! I loves me some no-bake cookies. Soooo good! What is the filling on the butter tarts? It looks like something I need to stay far, far away from (lest I add it to the holiday poundage I have already ingested)....

    I should have taken a photo of one broken open...so you could almost taste the oooey gooey goodness....

    The filling was raisins, brown sugar and corn oil...

    I think I ate 10 of them - at least
