Best broccoli EVER!

This is a favorite in our house....we ate two heads of broccoli at dinner tonight (between two adults and one toddler)...try it! Your family will thank you!!!
Mix sauce together - set aside
Heat oil (medium high) - stir fry garlic and ginger until brown
Add brocolli - stir fry until bright green
Sprinkle sugar and salt into pan, stir to coat
Add water, cook covered until desired tenderness (we go a bit softer now than we used to, because its easier for the little guy to munch on it)
Here's where I had to improvise, since we don't have a wok:  Move broccoli to one side of the pan, tip pan so that the broccoli is at the top, add sauce to the bottom of pan, stir sauce until thickened, combine

Ingredients:
Sauce
1/4 c water
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp chinese cooking wine
1 1/2tsp corn starch

2tbsp vegetable oil
garlic
ginger
2tsp sugar
salt to taste
1/4 water (set aside)
1 head broccoli

Do you think you will try it?

What do you expect when the non-chinese member of the family tries to mix it up Hong Kong styles!!!!!!

Tonight I am making braised lamb shanks...I just finished putting it all together...into the oven to slowly cook it goes!!! It took the big guy's full nap to execute this recipe...
