I'm back! For real!

I am in the process of changing up the office, again!....Actually, the end goal is to change the guest room into my toddler's big boy room...so I stole the malm dressers from the office, and shoved them into the guest room...then sent the tallboy into the office*.   I love it here!!!! I will likely spend the next week or so moving books** and vases around.***  I also need to take down the bulletin board, and reuse it above the malms again in the other room. I will come back with better photos when I get more organized.  It is safe to say I am finally nesting****.   Oh and I will admit that I am MUCH slower than I used to be...please be patient! please stand by!

*the tallboy STILL smells like paint, I think only my pregnant nose can detect it at this point.  Still, I didn't want to store kid's clothes or blankets inside of it.  Can you believe that the tallboy and the malms are basically empty?...but I have an entire storage room full of stuff that I need to untangle...
**its time to install shelves in the basement...the paperbacks are all going downstairs
***the entire top shelf will be reserved for milkglass
****I have the urge to start thrifting again too!

(Yes the diaper genie is in office...the room with the giant windows....I don't care what they claim...even hidden inside the genie, diapers STINK!)

  6. love all the milk glass on the high shelf! looks so pretty! can't remember where i read it on the internets in the last couple of days...but somewhere i read that putting a bowl full of vinegar out in a just painted room/or near a just painted object will absorb the smell in a couple of hours...worth a try, maybe?
