Resolutions

New Years Eve: after dinner, plates have been cleared, guests have broken off into little groups......five minutes later this scene changed dramatically! Everyone was gathered around the dining room table once again for a competitive (and loud) boys vs girls game of taboo

New Years gets me to thinking about things I should or shouldn't be doing.  However, let's skip formal resolutions this year and trust that:

- my boys will continue to teach me how to be a better mom
- the baby weight will melt away when I get outside
- the blog will motivate me to pay attention to (and enhance) details around our home
- my time will be spent doing things I enjoy: walking (everywhere), jogging, reading, taking photos, traveling, learning, organizing, and blogging

I hope you will be able to live up to the list of things you want to improve this year. Just don't forget to spend time alone and care for yourself. Have a nice week ahead :)

  3. Thanks for stoping by today! Looks like a great list for a great year - I particularly miss traveling...so much harder and expensive with kids. Cheers to a great 2012!
