Colour coordinated

Just for kicks, I organized my knitwear in (more or less) colour coordinated piles, each pile in their own cubicle. It was fun to pull out everything and refold it!

Most of this clothing I rarely wear.  When I used to work, I often wore pencil skirts with tops and cardigans, or A-line skirts with tiny knit tops.  In the fall, I pull out one or two favorite cardigans, and wear them on repeat with my favorite t-shirts, jeans and boots.   I am a creature of habit.  I find a look I am comfortable in, and I wear it like a uniform.  (What I am trying to say is, I probably don't need to have so much stuff sitting here.)

  1. We are totally closet buddies! My sweaters are organized like this too - but I only have three sections - grey, cream, black. Heck - each section in my closet is arranged by colour - easy when you only wear white and black. Talk about habit!

  2. LOVE colour coordinating! My closet is all organized by colours - that's how I used to tell if my sisters borrowed something when we were younger (they almost never put it back in the same colour block ;))
