This is the FINAL cut! Instead of bringing a lot of warm clothing, I am going with light layers. I can buy an extra warm chunky sweater if there is a chill in the air. I think jeans and long sleeves will be warm enough! I was packing for November weather!
One small stack of clothing - ZERO accessories!
(I can always throw the wrap over the Jcrew jacket if I get cold...you know, wear everything at once!!)
My mom just came back from her trip to Scandinavia and it was already quite cool in early August. Pack warmly!
ReplyDeletethe less you take the more you can bring back! If you hit London you can always buy cheap & cheerful stuff for you & kids from Primark.
ReplyDeleteI gotta ask: Is the chambray shirt a recent purchase? Where did you find?
ReplyDeleteUrban outfitters in the spring!!
ReplyDeleteI want a dark one too, but I don't want to spend too much on one trend...you know??
Shannon! You have to tell me where you got that cool aztec-y poncho sweater from!!! I LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteI bought it during boxing day sales from Liv by Au Lit...
ReplyDeleteOk, I am finding this post truly inspirational! I love the idea of packing light, but I can never seem to get there. I always feel I need to bring too many choices. I think planning out my outfits may be the key! Thanks for sharing.
