...now I like THIS contractor the best! He came back to the house with his foreman after reviewing the drawings in order to go over a few details. He wants to give us a quote that is as accurate as possible (how refreshing!). He also caught a couple discrepancies in the drawings and he will be contacting our engineer to clarify. Nothing is ever simple.
Each contractor has a different approach to soundproofing the ceiling. So we have to figure out what makes sense for this house and our family. Its time I put my research skills to good use!
