Costco Chair Cancelled

We received an email today telling us that the chair we ordered from Costco was out of stock

So we ordered this one:

    You should see if you can call their CS and try and get a discount for the inconvenience!!

  8. Shannon, as someone who works for somewhere with a Customer Service centre, all I can say is CALL AND MAKE THE BIGGEST STINK POSSIBLE. I know it isn't in your nature (or am assuming so cause you seem nice on your blog) and it is very un-Canadian, but if you want a discount, that is how to do it! :)
