Stacked graphic novels in the wall boxes

I would like to add an ikea FADO table lamp, and remove the pottery


ps...I am crazy about stacking books,  are you?

    Hello Shannon, any chance you could tell me where you bought your shelves? I need one for a small niche in my house...I was thinking of trying to make one but I'm not that handy! LOL

    Hi Pauline..the shelves were built by our contractor's carpenter when we renovated...

    we had the niche (top shelf, it is sunken into the wall) built for the projector, after that I needed some way of balancing that wall...and this is what we came up with!

    you may be able to do it! its just plywood...and they put some veneer on the front and sides

    I too enjoy stacked books. There's just something so....orderly about it! The lamp would look great too!

    I'm crazy about stacking books too. Actually, I'm just crazy about stacking in general. I think some plants will look wicked in your basement, next to my favorite Faye Wong. Oh Faye...
