Big spender at Salvation Army
Yesterday, we went to Salvation Army on Eglinton, way east somewhere (near the Walmart Supercentre), and spent $65!!!!! Crazy talk! I know!
The pyrex bowls were approaching antique mall prices ($4.99-9.99). I bet that's why they were still on the shelf, just waiting for some sucker to come along. If I let $1-2 per bowl stop me, I would kick myself later, I know it!
The large basket is for toys ($9.99)
I haven't figured out what to do with the flat basket ($3.99)
I added the tulip bowls to my growing collection, the pattern on the yellow bowls is happiness itself, and a fruit cake tin, because, why not?

ReplyDeleteSalvation Army is one of my favourite goodwill stores too! I also am such a sucker for Pyrex. Love that you took the plunge and made the purchase. Cheers!
