Sky Planters II
Today I 'installed' the first plant in the mini Sky Planter...Curly Parsley...
It definitely needs to be lowered so that I can water it...all in good time!
(in the glare, the windows look so dirty!)

Oh my! How cute are these? Such a fabulous idea Shannon. Love the white pot.
ReplyDeleteI'm still confused on how this is working...but looks like fun. Are your kids in awe? Are you? hah I am.
ReplyDeleteUpdate please.....is dirt dropping everywhere? This makes the clean freak in me very nervous!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea but does hanging them upside down ensure that you can't kill them? (I kill plants.... a lot!)
ReplyDeleteI kept saying to my three year old...look up! look up! Do you see the plant? He was over it...but I can't get enough!
ReplyDeleteThe dirt is held in by mesh...so it stays put!!
ReplyDeleteI will let you know if they survive!
ReplyDeleteThere is a water reservoir that makes continuous contact with the soil, and hopefully, that helps keep them going strong.
Plus, there are recommended plants...that's why I am doing parsley and not rosemary or basil or....Parsley is supposed to thrive in them!
