Project start date: Feb 22 

• Week 1-5  Demo basement & underpinning; install in-floor heat; rough in drains and ejector box.
• Week 6-9  Wait for concrete to dry; install windows; replace exterior & interior doors; drop boiler & hook up floor heat; electrical rough-in; ceiling (up to 2 weeks where no work happening)
• Week 10  Polish Concrete (2 days)
• Week 10-11  Frame & insulate walls
• Week 11-12  Install stairs & railing; drywall
• Week 12-13  Tile shower; install doors & trim
• Week 13-14  Paint; install fixtures; finish electrical
• Week 15  Detailing
